Despatch
For the autumn, subject to weather conditions we will commence despatch of orders in September and will continue in rotation until early December or later if the weather stays mild. For the spring and summer we will commence despatch of orders from February as the stock becomes available for sale. Please allow 28 days for delivery in our busy period.
Any tall or late flowering items may be cut back to allow them to be packed securely. Please advise if you do not want this to be done in which case we cannot accept liability for consequent damage in transit. Your order is checked thoroughly and packed to ensure you receive it safely. In case you should receive goods damaged in transit or the parcel is short packed please advise us within seven days.
Guarantee
We will endevour to ensure that all plants or other goods offered are of high quality and of the sizes stated. All open ground plants will not be depatched until October at the earliest to ensure you receive them at the optimum time for planting. If the plant fails to establish within twelve months of purchase a free replacement will be offered if available or a full refund offered of the price paid. We may ask for the plant or bulb to be returned. Unless you give instructions to the contrary, we reserve the right to substitute varieties of equal or better value for any which are unavailable or not up to our high standard. If we cannot substitute we will give you a credit on your order invoice. We reserve the right to substitute any items which are sold out in any of the Collections. No plants have been taken from the wild.

Prices will remain valid until 30th April 2007. Orders cannot be acknowledged unless you kindly supply a stamped addressed envelope.
Export orders cannot be accepted at present.
